Nintendo held a very underwhelming “Nintendo Direct” this morning and while we appreciate the open communication the company has with these presentations it really feels like they are holding back.
The big news apart from a couple of glimpses at titles like Bayonetta, Metroid Dread and Kirby was that they were able to announce the voice cast for the upcoming “Mario” movie being developed by Illumination Entertainment, the studio that gave us “Despicable Me”.
The film is slated for a Christmas release in 2022 (December 21 the mentioned date).
The Mario All-Star cast includes
Chris Pratt as Mario
Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach
Charlie Day as Luigi
Jack Black as Bowser
Seth Rogan as Donkey Kong
And Keegan-Michael Key as Toad
