Emergency services have airlifted a man to hospital in a serious condition following a truck crash.
It’s believed the man in his 40s crashed into a tree on Fitzroy Development Road around 8:13 Wednesday night.
He was thrown out of the vehicle on impact, suffering serious chest injuries.

Paramedics treated him at the scene before the RACQ CQ Rescue helicopter transported him to Mackay Hospital.
