A woman has been charged after allegedly holding a man captive at her North Mackay home.
The 52-year-old woman is accused of assaulting a 29-year-old man and holding him against his will over four day period before he managed to escape.
It’s alleged two men helped the woman drag the victim to her house.

Police say that both parties are known to each other.
The woman was taken into custody and has been charged with two counts of common assault, one count of assault occasioning bodily harm, one count of deprivation of liberty, two counts of possessing dangerous drugs and unlawful possession of a weapon.
