A 20-year-old man has been charged with drink driving following a crash west of Mackay.
Police say a Nissan Navara crashed into a ditch on Sugarshed Road in Erakala around 8.15 Wednesday night (February 12).
Police say a 20-year-old man approached them after the incident, and identified himself as the driver of the car.

He was breath tested and allegedly blew more than three times the legal limit.
Further analysis showed the man’s breath alcohol concentration was alleged to have been to have been recorded as 0.163%.
He was charged with driving a vehicle while under the influence of liquor and driving without due care and attention.
He’s set to face the Mackay Magistrates Court on February 26.
