A 12-year-old has bee arrested following a suspicious fire in an abandoned house in Jubilee Pocket on Tuesday.
Police were called to the home on Shute Harbour Road at 4pm and assisted fire crews as they contained the blaze.
The house was known to be unoccupied, and no physical injuries were reported.

A number of juveniles were spoken to by police nearby with a 12-year-old boy arrested and charged with one count of arson.
He will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
