Emma has always had major wanderlust, which has had her live and work all over Australia in the past 15 years, exploring everywhere as she goes and really submerging herself into each community. She is big on finding out people's "why" in an effort to reach a mutual understanding of one another. 'Why' do this, 'why' stay here? Your 'Why' Emma says is what makes you tick and it's important to discover, respect and understand each other to thrive as a community. Emma loves nature, the outdoors and values experiences over material things.

What is your favourite fruit flavour? Lychee
Favourite series? Right now Killing Eve. Of all time, I would say Buffy The Vampire Slayer. I also want to note that I'm enjoying The Inbetween with Queenslander Harriet Dyer starring - she's great!
What would you do if you won the lottery? Disappear/travel indefinitely.
Would you be brave enough to spend an entire hour alone in a cemetery? Yes, I am much more afraid of the living than the dead.
What is the weirdest thing you've ever done? I don't know if it comes under this category but what comes to mind is that I like to eat game meat, particularly Roo; it's leaner, tasty and cheap. I also willingly try any foods; I tried a bush coconut in the Northern Territory which is basically a larva that lives in a gall induced on a bloodwood eucalypt - that was a memorable experience! I also eat lemons, no problems.
If you could time travel, where would you go? I think into the future because the past didn't sound so great for anyone anywhere, especially women. I'd like to see 500 years into the future. Have we made up for our past mistakes with our planet, what does technology/humans look like/live like? Did we start living away from the Earth? That would be wonderful to see.
What is your pet peeve? Oh, I have many but I think maybe more surprising for you is that I cannot stand when people use the term 'old mate'.
What personality trait has got you into the most trouble? Being an empath who isn't afraid of reality or the truth has certainly rattled a few egos through the years.
Best piece of advice you've ever received? Two equal ones for you: "When in doubt, chuck it out" and another piece of advice about the term home, how do you know where the feeling of 'home' for you really is, if you haven't searched the world to be sure? It set me on my course to travel this lovely country of ours.
What is the most beautiful place you have ever been? I've been lucky enough to have caught the travel bug quite young and dedicate my life to it as much as I can. Where we live is obviously paradise but a few other places that come to mind that truly blew me away where Milford Sound New Zealand, Yellowstone and Yosemite National Park in the US, Nice and the French/Italian Riviera, Scottish Highlands, Lady Elliot Island and the Glowworms caves at Natural Arch Gold Coast.
What is your favourite YouTube video to show a friend? Search Terry Tate - Office Linebacker. Made as commercials for the Super Bowl the series is very clever and well done. Make sure you watch from the first one - no skipping!
